Tinambakan ng San Antonio Spurs ang nangungunang koponan ngayon na Milwaukee Bucks, 126-104, para ipaghiganti ang kanilang nakaraang talo sa loob ng At&T Center.

Naging solido ang game plan ni head coach Gregg Popovich sa huling yugto ng laban upang makontrol ang naghahabol na Bucks.

Epektibo rin sa opensa si Demar DeRozan na umiskor ng 25 puntos at may pitong assists sa 11-15 na field goal.

Pumutok din mula sa bench ang three-point specialist na si Patty Mills na may 21 puntos kasama ang anim na tres.

Hindi rin hinayaan ng Spurs na matalo sila sa paint matapos kumuha ng 54 rebounds kontra sa 34 ng Bucks.

Dahil sa panalo naging tabla ang resulta ng magkasunod na laban ng Spurs at Bucks matapos makuha ng Milwaukee ang unang laban, 127-118.

Nalimitan din ang reigning MVP at ang Player of the Week na si Giannis Antetokounmpo na may 24 na puntos matapos bigong maka-shoot ng tres sa loob ng limang attempt.

Bagama’t talo ay hawak pa rin ng Bucks ang best record sa NBA na may 32 wins at six losses samantalang naghahabol sa .500 winning percentage ang Spurs na ngayon ay may 15-20 na record.

After a winning season for the Chicago Bulls after a few years, they are adding depth in the offseason to back their goal for a deeper postseason run come next NBA season.

One thing is for sure, Stephen Curry did a great job hosting the return of the 2022 Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly (ESPY) Awards.

The 2022 NBA Finals MVP printed his mark on the awards night by, of course, the traditional roasting of athletes, one of which includes LeBron James.

Dwight Howard plans to join WWE

MMA to boxing is not the only sport you can cross, so is basketball to pro wrestling.

NBA veteran ang NBA champion Dwight Howard wants to be in the WWE if he’s not on an NBA team this coming season.

He is currently a free agent and no signs yet of teams interested to sign him in.

Howard, an 8x NBA All-Star, 3x NBA Defensive Player of the Year and 5x All-NBA First Team, is currently 36 and has seen his career depleted throughout the years.

He made it clear though that his first priority is to still play in the league and will consider the WWE if left out in the 2022-23 season.

Howard participated in the WWE tryout and could be a great boost to the show due to his physique and entertaining attitude.
