Could we see a Pacquiao-Morales IV? This is what Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao quipped when he met once more with one of his fiercest rivals in his rise to the top. Now, the two have become good friends and were reunited for an interview in the Pacman’s home in Los Angeles.

“Great to see my good friend Erik Morales,” said Pacquiao in his Twitter account after snapping a pic with the fighter that helped build the lore of the young Pacquiao in the early 2000s.The playful fighting Senator even teased for a “#MoralesPacquiao4?” adding that Morales “was a warrior in the ring.” Former nemeses turned buddies, the two shared some light moments in Pacquiao’s mansion three weeks before the eight-division world champion takes on undefeated American Keith Thurman Jr. on July 20 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.Morales, 42, visited contemporary Pacquiao, 40,  for an interview and chatted with his former archnemesis inside the ring.It can be remembered that the two were responsible for one of the most exciting trilogies in boxing’s storied history. They first met in 2005 where Morales got the better of Pacquiao before Manny redeemed himself in the ensuing matches. The last one, in emphatic fashion with a knockout win that ended their thrilling trilogy. But as the meeting between two former foes has proved, it all stays inside the ring.
