Boxing will be offering a chilling Halloween treat for fans across the globe.
Highlighting the scary day are some of the big names today.

Naoya Inoue vs. Jason Maloney
It will be the first fight of Inoue under the Top Rank Promotions and on US soil. The Japanese Monster, who sits as the 4th pound-for-pound fighter, will be tested against Jason Maloney.
Inoue will defend his bantamweight titles against the Australian.
It is a match expected to be decided via knockout. Inoue is unbeaten at 19 wins with 16 knockouts, while Maloney has 21 wins with 18 knockouts and one defeat.
Both fighters are hard hitters; thus, their fight can be presumed as explosive.
Will the Japanese continue to reign in the foreign soil, or will his debut become a scary memory he will not forget?
ESPN will broadcast the clash.

Gervonta Davis vs Leo Santa Cruz
Two of the best lightweight boxers are set to settle their rivalry. Santa Cruz was calling out Davis.
They will now face the WBA junior lightweight belt of Santa Cruz on the line.
In the current ESPN ranking, \”Tank\” Davis is considered the fourth-best lightweight while Santa Cruz sits at the eight spots.
Their match will be televised via PPV Showtime. It is expected as well to grant fans to watch live.
It will be the first time since the pandemic started that boxing allowed fans. However, they clarified that the number would be limited.
Davis is a knockout artist with a perfect record of 23 wins and an almost perfect knockout with 22.
While the volume puncher Santa Cruz has 37 victories with 19 knockouts and one defeat.
Who will emerge as the winner?

Oleksandr Usyk vs Derrick Chisora
This heavyweight showdown completes the cast for the Halloween Treat main events.
Usyk was the undisputed cruiserweight champion and is now looking to dominate in the heavyweight class.
Beating Chisora will earn his a chance to fight the current unified heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua.
Meanwhile, Chisora has been a force to reckon in the heavyweight.

Despite the 31 years old gap, heavyweight legend Mike Tyson (50 – 6) officially signed a contract for 8 rounds professional fight against the 27-year old youtuber Jake Paul (9 – 1).

Nakisa Bidarian, Most Valuable Promotions founder, announced last April 29, 2024 that the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation approved the fight with two minutes per round in 14-ounce gloves. This is not an exhibition fight

“I get up in the morning and do the real work. Then I go to the gym; I go to strength and conditioning. Then I start all over again,”Tyson said in his preparation for the upcoming fight vs Jake on July 20, 2024 in AT&T Stadium in Arlington Texas.

Boxing's pound-for-pound king Canelo Alvarez to make boxing return in September

The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) believes Canelo Alvarez (61-2-2) vs Terrence Crawford (40 – 0) will fix the alleged “broken boxing sport.”

The GEA is a department in the Saudi Arabia government that regulates and promotes their entertainment industry.

There are reports that the super mega-fight will happen in December 2024 or January 2025 in Saudi Arabia.

It can be recalled that Floyd Mayweather’s match with Manny Pacquiao remains the biggest-selling boxing pay-per-view in the history of the sport. However they are already retired. as of this writing

Usyk relentlessly ravages Tyson Fury in round 9

The Ukrainian heavyweight champ Oleksandr Usyk dethroned the “Gypsy King” as he ravaged Tyson Fury in round 9 at Kingdom Arena in  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last May 18,2024.

The undisputed heavyweight Usyk maintained his undefeated record of 22-0. Fury on the other hand tasted his first defeat of 34-1-1.

The action-packed fight between Fury and Usyk resulted in a split decision. Judge Manuel Oliver Palermo gave 115–112 for Usyk, judge Craig Metcalfe tallied 114–113 for Fury, while judge Mike Fitzgerald scored it with 114–113 for Usyk.
