Tyson-Jones ends with a draw; Jake Paul knocks Nate Robinson out.

The comeback fight of both legendary boxers, Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr., ended up in a draw after no one was sent to the canvass after eight rounds.

Tyson was throwing more punches and was the aggressor of the fight, but the WBC\’s judging committee called it a draw.
Although both boxers were exhausted in the fight\’s late rounds, Tyson was in better shape than Jones. Jones was already breathing heavily in the second round.
Jones admittedly that the body punches from Tyson made him catch his breath.
The fans, however, seem to have mixed reactions to the outcome of the fight.
Meanwhile, Jake Paul destroyed Nate Robinson in the co-main event of the fight. Paul showed a spurt of growth on his boxing arsenal as he put the debuting Robinson thrice on the canvass.
A left hook to the side of the face ended Robinson. In the second round, with face flat on the ground. His downfall was a mirror of Manny Pacquiao getting knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez.
A whamming hook in the side of the ear put Robinson down in the first round. He was able to get up, but he was feeling the pain of the punch.
Robinson tried to fight back, but he has many openings that Paul could take full advantage of. Another whamming hook put down Robinson, who was already having a hard time to get up. It did not take a minute before Paul delivered the final blow to win the match.

Two-weight world Mexican champ Luis Nery (35 wins – 1 loss – 0) mocked the undefeated “Japanese monster” Naoya Inoue (26 wins – 0 loss) as ordinary and overrated hyping their fight at Tokyo Dome in Japan May 6, 2024.

31-year old Inoue will defend his undisputed super bantamweight title against Nery.

29-year-old challenger Nery has the WBC and Ring magazine bantamweight titles plus the WBC super bantamweight title from 2020 to May 2021.

On the other hand, the undisputed Inoue who holds WBA and IBF titles plus WBC and WBO belts has never lost except a decision with Filipino ‘flash’ Nonito Donaire last 2011.

Former UFC fighter Francis Ngannou accused AJ camp of ‘trickery’ when he suffered devastating knockdowns in the first and second round last March 8, 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The MMA fighter and former UFC heavyweight champion said that AJ camp sabotaged him by letting him go early in the arena.

“We both fought at 3am. What I think, something that’s happened is that they get me to the arena very early. Like my pickup time was 10.30pm to go to the arena. And then when we get to the arena, they tell us that we are scheduled around 1.45am. right?” Ngannou blurted.

He believed that he came exhausted, which resulted in his humiliating defeat.

Texas Department urges Mike Tyson to pass EEG, EKG tests

The 57-year old legend Mike Tyson (50 wins – 6 loss) vs 27-year old YouTuber Jake Paul (9 wins – 1 loss) must undergo major tests before the fight to materialize at AT&T Stadium in Texas Arlington on July 20, 2024.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) urged Tyson to undergo or pass a brain test Electroencephalography (EEG) and Electrocardiogram (EKG) for the heart.

“A person aged 36 or older applying for a contestant’s license must submit a report of favourable physical testing conducted within the previous 12 months, including but not limited to an EEG and an EKG.” TDLR elaborated.

Meanwhile, the American youtuber explained that he picked Tyson because he wants to change the history of boxing. He already fought Floyd Mayweather Jr but he lost.
