Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury are on the verge of signing the third richest fight in boxing history totalling a massive $880 million for a two-fight deal.
Quickly after Joshua eliminated Kubrat Pulev via 9th round knockout, legendary promoter Bob Arum took the social media to update everyone that the negotiation for the mega-fight against Fury is already underway.
The unified heavyweight champion Joshua will put his belts on the line as well as the WBC title of Fury to settle the only champion in the heavyweight division, the undisputed champ.
This is a highly anticipated match between the top heavyweights and also because it has been decades since the division crowns an undisputed champion.
Their possible deal will be behind the two fights of Floyd Mayweather Jr., against Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor, in dollars related.
However, the total amount is already for the two-fight deal, hence, it is still far away from the Mayweather fights.
The promoters are looking for two venues in which the first fight to be held in the Middle East before giving a home fight for both British boxers in the United Kingdom.
“We are all in for that fight and actually what we should be doing is finalising it,” Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn said.
“The only thing that needs to be resolved is where it is going to be and a couple of TV issues. That is it. Everyone is completely in on the finances.
“We sign an agreement and then go to a conversation about the various sites.
“That’s what they did for Fury vs Deontay Wilder — signed the fight, then went to see where they could get the money.”

The MMA fighter and former UFC heavyweight champion said that AJ camp sabotaged him by letting him go early in the arena.

“We both fought at 3am. What I think, something that’s happened is that they get me to the arena very early. Like my pickup time was 10.30pm to go to the arena. And then when we get to the arena, they tell us that we are scheduled around 1.45am. right?” Ngannou blurted.

He believed that he came exhausted, which resulted in his humiliating defeat.
