Harden takes over in OT as the 76ers down the Lakers at home

James Harden put a free-throw clinic in the overtime period to shake off the Los Angeles Lakers, 133-122 at home.

He finished with 28 points along with 12 assists to back up Joel Embiid who had an all-game brilliance with 38 points and 12 rebounds.

However, it was De’Anthony Melton who amazed the home crowd as he played his best game thus far with 33 points on eight three-pointers made.

The Lakers put a huge fourth quarter to force overtime but went out of gas in the extra five minutes of play.

Anthony Davis made his return delivering 31 points and 12 rebounds while LeBron James had 23 points but shot one-out-of-eight from beyond the arc.

Russell Westbrook came off the bench and put up a triple-double of 12 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists but weren’t enough to give LA the win.

Philly improves to 12-12 while the visiting squad falls to a 10-14 record.

NBA legend and Los Angeles Lakers superstar Lebron James said that it is all up to his eldest son Bronny James on his possible fate on 2024 NBA draft, June 26 and 27.

University of Southern California (USC) freshman Bronny will soon decide whether to declare for the draft or return to USC for the 2024-25 season.

“It’s up to him,” LeBron revealed about Bronny’s draft status. “It’s up to the kid. Obviously we’re gonna go through the whole process. He’s still in season now…”

Despite the 31 years old gap, heavyweight legend Mike Tyson (50 – 6) officially signed a contract for 8 rounds professional fight against the 27-year old youtuber Jake Paul (9 – 1).

Nakisa Bidarian, Most Valuable Promotions founder, announced last April 29, 2024 that the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation approved the fight with two minutes per round in 14-ounce gloves. This is not an exhibition fight

The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) believes Canelo Alvarez (61-2-2) vs Terrence Crawford (40 – 0) will fix the alleged “broken boxing sport.”

The GEA is a department in the Saudi Arabia government that regulates and promotes their entertainment industry.

There are reports that the super mega-fight will happen in December 2024 or January 2025 in Saudi Arabia.
