MMA promoter saves Pacquiao from kickboxer’s dirty fight

The Japanese  MMA organization Rizin Fighting Federation saves 45-year old Manny Pacquiao from a dirty fight before clashing against 31-year old Mario Barrios (29 wins, 2 loss).

On July 28, 2024, Pacquaio will do an exhibition fight vs 28-year old Rukiya Anpo, a Japanese kickboxer and former K-1 Super Lightweight champ at the Saitama Super Arena Japan.

But Anpo said that he will sink down Pacquiao like a professional boxing bout instead of an exhibition.

However, Rizin president Nobuyuki Sakakibara said, “any violation will be punishable by a $5million fine. That figure is now around 750million yen.”

According to the  MMA promoter, Anpo will be punished if he pulls out some of his illegal skills.

On the other hand, Pacquaio said that he will take Anpo seriously like a pro.

As of this writing, Pacquiao-Mario Barrios WBC welterweight title fight is an ongoing negotiations,

But, Manny’s fight vs the kickboxer is already final. This is a three round bout that may last just a few minutes.

Two-weight world Mexican champ Luis Nery (35 wins – 1 loss – 0) mocked the undefeated “Japanese monster” Naoya Inoue (26 wins – 0 loss) as ordinary and overrated hyping their fight at Tokyo Dome in Japan May 6, 2024.

31-year old Inoue will defend his undisputed super bantamweight title against Nery.

29-year-old challenger Nery has the WBC and Ring magazine bantamweight titles plus the WBC super bantamweight title from 2020 to May 2021.

On the other hand, the undisputed Inoue who holds WBA and IBF titles plus WBC and WBO belts has never lost except a decision with Filipino ‘flash’ Nonito Donaire last 2011.

Francis Ngannou cries ‘deception’ vs Anthony Joshua camp

Former UFC fighter Francis Ngannou accused AJ camp of ‘trickery’ when he suffered devastating knockdowns in the first and second round last March 8, 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The MMA fighter and former UFC heavyweight champion said that AJ camp sabotaged him by letting him go early in the arena.

“We both fought at 3am. What I think, something that’s happened is that they get me to the arena very early. Like my pickup time was 10.30pm to go to the arena. And then when we get to the arena, they tell us that we are scheduled around 1.45am. right?” Ngannou blurted.

He believed that he came exhausted, which resulted in his humiliating defeat.
