Boxing fans are complaining about the $84.99 price tag on pay-per-view of Gervonta ‘Tank’
Davis vs. Ryan Garcia on April 22nd event on Showtime PPV.at T Mobile Arena, Las Vegas/
According to the organizers, they are doing it so that fans won’t subscribe to piracy or illegal
stream.
To satisfy the fans, organizers add hot undercards David Morrell Jr vs. Sena Agbeko in a 12-
round co-feature: WBA super middleweight champion Morrell (8-0, 7 KOs) will defend his title
against Agbeko (27-2, 21 KOs).
Gabriel Rosado and Bektemir Melikuziev in a 10-round rematch at super middleweight
Elijah Garcia vs. Kevin Salgado in a 10-round middleweight bout is the first fight of the PPV
portion of the card.
The two undefeated champions Garcia 23-0 (19 KOs)  and Davis 28-0 (26 KOs) will clash in a
catchweight
In the presscon they said these concluding statements:
Ryan: “I’ll guarantee you a classic. It’s gonna be a classic fight. I guarantee that. You’ll
remember it for a long time.”
Gervonta: “An explosive fight. Two young guys that are hungry. It’s just who wants it more.
Who’s built like that? That’s who’s gonna win. That’s who’s already won. Nobody can fight for
him, nobody can fight for me. It’s about who’s really got that dog in him. That’s who’s gonna
win.”

Two-weight world Mexican champ Luis Nery (35 wins – 1 loss – 0) mocked the undefeated “Japanese monster” Naoya Inoue (26 wins – 0 loss) as ordinary and overrated hyping their fight at Tokyo Dome in Japan May 6, 2024.

31-year old Inoue will defend his undisputed super bantamweight title against Nery.

29-year-old challenger Nery has the WBC and Ring magazine bantamweight titles plus the WBC super bantamweight title from 2020 to May 2021.

On the other hand, the undisputed Inoue who holds WBA and IBF titles plus WBC and WBO belts has never lost except a decision with Filipino ‘flash’ Nonito Donaire last 2011.

Former UFC fighter Francis Ngannou accused AJ camp of ‘trickery’ when he suffered devastating knockdowns in the first and second round last March 8, 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The MMA fighter and former UFC heavyweight champion said that AJ camp sabotaged him by letting him go early in the arena.

“We both fought at 3am. What I think, something that’s happened is that they get me to the arena very early. Like my pickup time was 10.30pm to go to the arena. And then when we get to the arena, they tell us that we are scheduled around 1.45am. right?” Ngannou blurted.

He believed that he came exhausted, which resulted in his humiliating defeat.

Texas Department urges Mike Tyson to pass EEG, EKG tests

The 57-year old legend Mike Tyson (50 wins – 6 loss) vs 27-year old YouTuber Jake Paul (9 wins – 1 loss) must undergo major tests before the fight to materialize at AT&T Stadium in Texas Arlington on July 20, 2024.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) urged Tyson to undergo or pass a brain test Electroencephalography (EEG) and Electrocardiogram (EKG) for the heart.

“A person aged 36 or older applying for a contestant’s license must submit a report of favourable physical testing conducted within the previous 12 months, including but not limited to an EEG and an EKG.” TDLR elaborated.

Meanwhile, the American youtuber explained that he picked Tyson because he wants to change the history of boxing. He already fought Floyd Mayweather Jr but he lost.
