OAKLAND – Nabigo ang Warriors laban sa Raptors sa sariling homecourt sa score na 105 – 92 sa kabila ng pagbabalik ni Klay Thompson.
Hindi sapat ang pagbabalik ni Thompson at Looney matapos ang injury habang si Kevin Durant naman ay hindi pa rin nakakapaglaro.
Dikit na dikit ang laban sa first and second quarter. Mas tumindi ang habulan sa 3rd at 4th quarter dahil tuluyang lumaki ang tambak ng Warriors ng 13 puntos.
Nakapagtala ng 27 points si Stephen Curry at 28 points naman si Thompson. Hindi pa rin nito naunguasn ang Raptors kahit dumagdag sila Draymond Green at Kevon Looneey ng 10 points.
Sa kabilang banda pinangunhan ni Kawhi Leonard ang Toronto Raptors nakakuha nng 36 points. Mas lumaki pa ang lamang ng Raptors sa Warriors sa tulong nina Serge Ibaka na nakakuha ng 20 points, Pascal Siakam 19 points, at Kyle Lowry 10 points.
Naging maaksyon ang labanan dahil sa pagpupumillit na humabol ng Warriors sa huling Quarter. Subalit nabigo pa rin sila Curry na amugnusan agn Raptors sa huling minuto ng laro.
Kapansin pansin ang mga sablay na three points at lay-ups ng Warriors gayundin ang missed free throws.
\”We just got to win one game and then build on that,\” ang sabi ni Draymond Green sa mga reporters matapos ang laro.
\”But I\’ve been on the wrong side of 3-1 before, so why not make our own history.\”
Sabi naman ni Curry \”It\’s not over,\” na nagpapahiwatig ng paghihiganti sa Game 5 na gaganapin sa Toronto Canada sa June 10.
Samantala isang panalo na lang ang Raptors at sila na ang magwawagi sa NBA finals sa kauna unahang pagkakataon 4 – 1. Ngunit kapag ang Warriors ang manalo sa Game 5 kailangang manalo ng Warriors hanggang Game 7 para ito ang mag kampeon.

Former UFC fighter Francis Ngannou accused AJ camp of ‘trickery’ when he suffered devastating knockdowns in the first and second round last March 8, 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The MMA fighter and former UFC heavyweight champion said that AJ camp sabotaged him by letting him go early in the arena.

“We both fought at 3am. What I think, something that’s happened is that they get me to the arena very early. Like my pickup time was 10.30pm to go to the arena. And then when we get to the arena, they tell us that we are scheduled around 1.45am. right?” Ngannou blurted.

He believed that he came exhausted, which resulted in his humiliating defeat.

Texas Department urges Mike Tyson to pass EEG, EKG tests

The 57-year old legend Mike Tyson (50 wins – 6 loss) vs 27-year old YouTuber Jake Paul (9 wins – 1 loss) must undergo major tests before the fight to materialize at AT&T Stadium in Texas Arlington on July 20, 2024.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) urged Tyson to undergo or pass a brain test Electroencephalography (EEG) and Electrocardiogram (EKG) for the heart.

“A person aged 36 or older applying for a contestant’s license must submit a report of favourable physical testing conducted within the previous 12 months, including but not limited to an EEG and an EKG.” TDLR elaborated.

Meanwhile, the American youtuber explained that he picked Tyson because he wants to change the history of boxing. He already fought Floyd Mayweather Jr but he lost.

Victor Wembanyama hits Tim Duncan, O’ Neal records

Victor Wembanyama broke a record of 100 blocks as a rookie last January 8, 2024 in Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Cleveland, Ohio vs Cavaliers.

Spurs center and power forward Wemby has played 31 games so far and his 4th block on the said game made him the 6th player in NBA history to reach that mark in their first 35 games.

The NBA records show that Wemby (2023-24) hit Tim Duncan at the 6th place as a rookie with the most games played. Shaq had 28 and Alonzo Mourning 18 in 1992-93.

The other NBA players who also reached that 100 blocks record as rookie are Shawn Bradley (1993-94), Alonzo Mourning (1992-93), Shaquille O’Neal (1992-93) Manute Bol (1985-86), Terry Tyler (1978-79).
