Milwaukee Bucks hauling critical players in trade season

Published

on

The Milwaukee Bucks aggressively own the free agency and trade season to prepare to conquer further than what they achieved last season.
As the trade and free agency began, the Bucks instantly added two players to their rosters, namely Jrue Holiday from the New Orleans Pelicans and Bogdan Bogdanovic from Sacramento Kings.
The Holiday is the biggest catch for the Bucks. The former All-Star will be a reliable backup and tandem for the reigning back-to-back NBA MVP Giannis Antetokoumnpo, as well as his long-time partner and also an All-Star Khris Middleton.
He averaged 19.1 points and 6.7 assists per game in the recently concluded season.
The Bucks had high hopes last season. However, they were overpowered by the underdog Miami Heat in the second round of the playoffs.
Making addition is the best way to make them a better team than last season.
Aside from his scoring, Holiday will be a significant impact on the defensive end. The athletic guard has been named twice in the All-Defensive First Team of the NBA.
The Bucks sent away Eric Bledsoe, George Hill, and the team\’s future first-round picks in exchange.
Despite the disparity in quantity, Holiday is a boost to the squad.
In terms of spreading the floor, three-point specialist Bogdan Bogdanovic will be one of the reliable players to go on.
The young Serbian has proved his sweet shooting touch with the Kings, and it will help create space for Antetokoumnpo to operate inside the paint.
This addition will make the Bucks starting five even deadlier. However, the bench must able to produce well to make them very useful.
Please note; this is only the start of the trade season; the Bucks can still lure some role players in a bid to their championship dream.
