Donaire in boxing, Usman in MMA win 2021 Fighter of the Year

2021 was definitely the year of Nonito Donaire after surprising everyone at the age of 39
and once again become a boxing’s world champion. Likewise, Kamaru Usman of the
UFC who is the most active champion of the organization went undefeated last year.
Both gentleman were named Fighter of the Year, Donaire by the Premier Boxing
Champions (PBC) and Usman by the MMA.
The Filipino Flash garnered 47.6% of the votes on social media to be recognized as the
Fighter of the Year 2021.
He knocked out Nordine Oubaali last May in the fourth round to become the oldest
WBC Bantamweight Champion. He then successfully defended the belt to fellow Pinoy
Reymart Caballo on December.
Meanwhile, \”The Nigerian Nightmare\” Usman really had a spectacular year. His
greatness was seen by everyone in 2021 with his 3-0 slate not to mention the stunning
ending of those fights he fought.

Dwight Howard plans to join WWE

MMA to boxing is not the only sport you can cross, so is basketball to pro wrestling.

NBA veteran ang NBA champion Dwight Howard wants to be in the WWE if he’s not on an NBA team this coming season. 

He is currently a free agent and no signs yet of teams interested to sign him in.

Howard, an 8x NBA All-Star, 3x NBA Defensive Player of the Year and 5x All-NBA First Team, is currently 36 and has seen his career depleted throughout the years.

He made it clear though that his first priority is to still play in the league and will consider the WWE if left out in the 2022-23 season. 

Howard participated in the WWE tryout and could be a great boost to the show due to his physique and entertaining attitude.
